Our programs are built around the concept that indoor lacrosse is one of the best ways to develop fundamental field lacrosse skills while enjoying the game in one of its fastest formats. The lacrosse community has long known and appreciated what the indoor game does to build individual stick skills and develop both offensive and defensive field abilities. The compressed field of play, fast transitions, non-stop action, quick ball release, precise shooting, and development of fast vision and decision making all translate directly to improve your field game. Our indoor version of lacrosse is a box/field hybrid that is exploding around the country. The focus of all our programs and instruction is the development of your overall fundamental lacrosse skills by using drill sequences, stick work, and game play scenarios characteristic of indoor lacrosse play. Indoor lacrosse is quickly becoming an integral aspect of training for the well rounded, serious lacrosse athlete - now often referred to as the "hybrid player."
